The interested tenderer will have to submit Tender Security in the form of pay order/Demanc Draft/Bank Guarantee drawn on any scheduled Bank in favour of Director General, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, along with the tender. Otherwise the tender will not consider as valid.

Rate should be quoted both in figure and word and quoted rate will not exceed two digits after decimal point
-
If any tenderer quoted a rate which is more than 5% above or more than 5% less than the departmental estimated cost, the tender will be rejected.

The requisite papers in support of contractor/Contractor's firm eligibility must be submitted along with the tender Otherwise the submitted tender may be treated as cancelled.

The successful tenderer will have to submit Bank Guarantee at the rate of 10.00% as performace Guarantee before receiving the work order, otherwise the tender will be cancelled and the submitted tender security along with the tender will be forfeited.

The tenderer will have to abide by the rates and regulations of "The public procurement Act. 2008"

The tenderer will have to sign all the pages of the tender documents after reading all the terms & conditions carefully which is binding on them

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
